Attorney · Florida Bar 2022

Mason Barnes

Raised in this firm, practicing criminal law and nothing else, and winning the clear majority of the trials he takes.

The second generation, already 1,750 cases deep

Mason Barnes graduated cum laude, near the top of his class, from Faulkner University’s Jones School of Law, finishing early and joining the Florida Bar in 2022. From the day he was sworn in he has practiced criminal law exclusively, carrying the kind of caseload most young attorneys never see.

He has handled more than 1,750 cases, from misdemeanors to first-degree felonies punishable by life, and won the clear majority of the trials he has taken to a jury. His biggest verdict so far: NOT GUILTY for an 18-year-old facing mandatory life on a home invasion and aggravated battery charge.

Mason grew up in Gulf Breeze and has lived on this coast his whole life. He is also one of the only private attorneys in the area who takes juvenile cases, because a young mistake should not define a life.

When it’s your kid, call Mason
